Booking Policies

The following conditions apply to accommodation bookings made by you through your usage of www.metrostarlondon.co.uk. Metro Star London may alter these conditions at any time.

Making a booking

It is your responsibility to submit accurate information and mention any special requirements at the time of booking.

Modifications

The modification fee is £5.00 per alteration. These must be made in advance of the cancellation period to avoid late cancellation fees.

Cancellations and Non-Arrivals

Cancellations and non-arrivals result in the loss of your pre-payment. You will also be charged for the first night per 7 nights stay if you make a cancellation within the accommodation provider's late cancellation period (720 hours prior to arrival), or do not arrive.

Group or Long-Stay Bookings

When making reservations either for 10 people or more or for stays of over 21 nights, your booking will be subject to the accommodation provider's group/long stay booking policy. You may need to pay a proportion of the balance prior to arrival.

Upon Arrival

The terms and conditions of the accommodation provider will apply to you from check-in, or in the case of non-arrival.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy extremely seriously. It is protected through the use of SSL encryption. Contact, booking and payment details will only be used to process your reservation and provide customer service in relation to your reservation.
